How peace with Arabs is working out - Part II

I commented earlier on the Arabs' idea of peace with Israel. It is difficult (and probably useless as well) to try and distinguish between Egyptian government policy and grass-roots hatred towards Israel. It doesn't really matter who initiates actions like these: Egyptian Terror Cell Stopped
A terrorist cell from Egypt was apprehended three weeks ago on its way to an attack in Israel. Indictments were handed down today in the Be'er Sheva District Court against six Egyptian students who infiltrated into Israel for the purpose of carrying out at least one attack and abducting Israeli soldiers to Egypt.

The university student terrorists planned to use the soldiers' weapons to take control of a tank and even rob an Israeli bank for funds to continue their wave of terror.
If I didn't know any better, this would constitute an act of war.
