Clinton says Kerry 'loyal friend of Israel'

Haaretz think it is worth mentioning how Clinton tries to justified concern of many Jews about Kerry's position on Israel.
Clinton wows Florida Jews, says Kerry 'loyal friend of Israel'
Like Clinton would know. This is the man that hosted Arafat at the White House more than anyone ever did. This is the man that strong-armed Israel into surrendering Yesha and East-Jeruzalem to the Arabs who already own 78% of original Palestine.
"There is no doubt in my mind that the security of Israel will be safe with John Kerry as president," Clinton said.

"We can't pretend this is an election between one person who'll stand up for the state of Israel and one who won't," said Clinton.
No need to pretend. Kerry's desire to always have France, and the UN in general on board - no matter what the issue - is a guarantee that he can NEVER be the ally that Bush is today.

So. If I were an American, Clinton's word would be good enough for me - to vote the opposite side.

If we only had the Israeli-Pal. issue to resolve with this election, maybe your argument would persuade me. Being American, (and voting for Kerry on Tuesday), I am more concerned with the future of my country, the future of our courts, by the frightening tide of radical conservatism that is threatening to revert us back to an age of state sanctioned discrimination and a slow, steady erosion of our civil rights. Interesting point, though.

I should have been more specific: If you're a Jew, or if Israel is in any way a priority to you, THEN you should vote Bush.
I don't really feel qualified to comment on any other issues and the positions both candidates hold. And of course to most Americans, Israel is not the prime consideration on November 2nd.
