My opinion on Islam...

... and other religions are not a secret. It seems like here's and ex-Muslim who feels much the same way I do.
Headed by Ali Sina, FaithFreedom.org presents articles and commentaries that debunk much of the Quran and charge that Islam's founder, Muhammad, was a rapist, pedophile, mass murderer and an "evil man."
Well. Couldn't have said it better myself. It is not news, but coming from an authoritative source, it is valuable nonetheless.
...Sina writes, "Muslims are triumphalists and claim victory even when they are clearly defeated. A Muslim can never accept defeat. A Muslim's typical response to this site is: 'My faith in Islam grew after I read your site.' How can one's faith grow after reading the proof that the man whom he thought to be a prophet was guilty of all the above charges? Has anyone disproved any of those charges?"

Continues Sina: "I have debated with Muslims who claimed victory because according to them I have not proven that Muhammad's sexual relationship at the age of 53 with the 8 years 9 months old Aisha constitute pedophilia. I consider this a self-evident fact that needs no proof. I do not think there is any need to prove that day is bright and night is dark to a seeing person. And to [the] blind proofs are of no avail."
Truly. And this "triumphalist" mindset also shows itself when a bumbling Muslim terrorist prematurely detonates himself. Through an act of ineptness and stupidity he accidently kills himself, yet all his "brothers" insist on designating him a "martyr". Even when Arab terrorists kill an Arab jogger in a drive-by shooting, mistaking him for a Jew, the victim is then elevated to martyr status. This is how sick Arab Muslim society has become.

And then he says something that in my book gives him a lot of credit:
While Sina's site skewers Islam in many ways, it doesn't suggest a replacement religion.

Writes Sina: "My criticism applies to all religions. The very concept of God sending messengers to be known and worshipped is absurd. All those who come pretending to bring a message from an invisible god that only they can see are charlatans and their claims are bogus.
His stance against Islam not fueled by a conversion to another faith. Quite the contrary, he recognizes that it is the basic premise that "I believe in God A, you believe in God B, and one of us must be wrong", that is the root cause of WW4. Modern Christians may have learned to accept that other faiths exist, and are trying to reconcile their belief with that of others, but this is only possible through personal tolerance. It is still another, different God, with a different name and a different rulebook.

Good on ya, Sina.
