The Saudi-Florida Connection

The Arabs have it bad under Israeli rule. But they have it better than anywhere else.:
* While literacy in the Arab world is below 50%, in Israel it is 97%.
* Israel is the only place in the Middle East where an Arab woman can vote.
* After 50 years, Israel has created the first Arab class exposed to democracy, literacy and western values.

Lighten up!

This made me lough. Out loud.

Victor Davis Hanson on War & Europe on National Review Online

Exquisite quotes: "Are Jews safer in Paris than Arabs are in Detroit?"

and

"So for now we should not lament that the Europeans are no longer real allies, but rather be thankful that they are still for a while longer neutrals rather than enemies — these strange and brilliant people who somehow lost their way, and no longer can distinguish between a noisy Knesset and Arafat's hangmen, much less between those racing to topple a tyrant in Baghdad and others lounging at Sebrenica."

Read it all. Victor Davis Hanson on War & Europe

It takes a thief to catch a thief...

And the same goes for murderers, the chief murderer must have thought. So Arafat appointed the perp to investigate the crime. Good one.
PA INVESTIGATOR OF GAZA BOMBING ITS LIKELY PERPETRATOR

US declares war on Israel

Well, close enough. Whereas Israel is "FORBIDDEN" to take unilateral steps (=giving the murderers what they want - for now - without doing anything positive in return), it reneges on weapons sales agreements with the financers of the murderers. Saudi is no longer bound by the restriction NOT to station the most advanced fighter aircraft right off the Israeli-Saudi border.

I hope 9-11 happens every week from now on. I really, really do. I hope Powell gets cancer. I hope Wolfowitz gets AIDS. I wish it on their families too. I hope they all die horribly before their intended victims do.

U.S. AGREES TO PERMANENT SAUDI F-15 DEPLOYMENT AT TABUK

Could it be true? Could the US (whoever's really in charge there) really be out for our destruction?
What could they be threatening Sharon with? Mere economics? Or a direct promise of the use of force against Israel? Supporting a UN Security Council resolution to forcefully intervene?

I say: Resist all this. If even the US is out for our destruction, let them come out and show it. Much better to have your enemies out in the open than be manoeuvred into an impossible position, where you are destroyed by the Arabs, seemingly in war Israel simply lost, but never had a chance to win (and remember, Israel will only lose a war once. The Arabs can afford to lose as many as they want, to dispense as many lives as they see fit).
If the US wants Israel dead (and I believe its REAL leadership does), Sharon should force them to show their real faces. Because in the end, we'll lose, and they will look clean and innocent. But without them, the Arabs would never have had a chance.

A Dutchman sums it up nicely.

If the destruction of Israel is not what you want, you cannot possibly disagree with this.
A Palestinian State = the end of Israel
One of the most poignant parts is where he quotes former leaders of Israel (mostly Left, too!) who at one time or another saw things clearly (probably before the fear of old age led them to try and make their final mark on history, no matter what the cost), and wrote that indeed a Palestinian state would spell the end of Israel, indeed, that THAT was the sole purpose of such a state.

Whoa! Talk about a change!

Poland used to really exert itself to retain its position as the leading Anti-Semitic non-Muslim nation. But it seems some things do change:Poland to press EU for Mideast fairness. That is actual fairness.

It's nice waking up to news like this.

Let's go cultural, watch a movie

Just a quote (go read the whole thing here)
"Another scene: a demonstration by twenty truant school boys with a Palestinian flag while cameramen are constantly bustling into the scene and obstructing the view. The mere presence of cameramen and journalists in such crowds shows that the situation is far from bad. In Chechnya, after the real military raids, when Russians carpet-bomb the cities, dead bodies are strewn on the streets and nobody picks them up. Have you ever seen any pictures in newspapers or films? No journalist is crazy enough to show up in Grozny. It's quite a bit different to relax in a Jerusalem Mariott, taking showers and enjoying good Israeli dinners, feeling like a hero after photographing the stone-throwing operations of underage truants."

Just a short recap

If ever you forgot where the PLO comes from, what its purpose is, and how it's gone about achieving it, read this. Do not - EVER - make the mistake of thinking PLO is a grass roots movement, sprung from an authentic desire for a sovereign nation. It is but one of several proxies by which the Arabs have been waging their war against the Jews, ever since there have been enough to fight one against.

Hehe. Hehehe.

One down...

More on the Red Cross

Didn't know this. I hardly thought it possible, but it is worse than even I thought.
Only the Jews are not allowed in. Has nothing to do with Anti-semitism of course. You certainly could not draw that conclusion from this statement by the former president of the International Red Cross Cornelio Sommaruga: "if we're going to have the Shield of David, why would we not have to accept the swastika?"

One Jewhater down!

Got Saddam. Good. Now give him a fair trial and then hang him. Preferably smack in the middle of the Mukhata. An inspiration to the #2 on the list that was topped by Saddam.
