Mad Mullahs closer and closer to A-Bomb

Haaretz reports Iran enriches uranium for nuclear bombs-diplomats
"The Iranians are producing UF6 (uranium hexafluoride) like hell," a non-U.S. diplomat on the governing board of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) told reporters.
They have to specify that the diplomat involved is 'non-US' because we couldn't believe a word of what he said had he been a US diplomat. Funny that.

Less funny is this:
"The Iranians have produced some UF6 gas," said a Western diplomat close to the IAEA. "The EU three are apparently not too fazed by this."

IAEA chief Mohamed Elbaradei said on Monday in a report on his two-year investigation of Iran's nuclear program that Tehran had not diverted any of its declared nuclear materials to a weapons program.

But he did not rule out the possibility that other secret atomic activities existed.

Another diplomat described it as shocking news and said the IAEA's 35-member board of governors would have to seriously consider whether to report Tehran to the Security Council for possible sanctions.
The 35-member board 'would have to seriously consider whether to report Tehran to the Security Council for possible sanctions.' Imagine that. And how long it would take. And then, for argument's sake, let's say the matter DOES get reported to the UN SC. Where France and Russia hold a veto. That's right, the SC would decide NOTHING will happen, and even just reaching that 'decision' will take forever. Although no one in his right mind is going to wait for the outcome.

We don't have to nuke Iran. Lots and lots of conventional ordnance will do just as well.

A matter of priorities

A US Marine shot and killed an Iraqi combatant. Good, you say. But this man was lying on the ground, wounded but not critically so, and perhaps unarmed.

The dead man may have been an 'insurgent'. He may well have been a terrorist who sawed heads off innocent men and women.

What no one disputed is that he chose to engage in an armed conflict with the US Marine Corps. You don't want to make a decision like this lightly.

Another thing no one disputes is that under similar circumstances US armed forces personell have been wounded and killed by 'insurgents' pretending to be dead, only to detonate themselves and everyone around them when they saw their chance.

The Marine who dispatched the 'insurgent' was prudent, and right.

It's Abu Ghraib all over. The huge discrepancy between what the media pay attention to, and what SHOULD make the news.
"In the south of Fallujah yesterday, U.S. Marines found the armless, legless body of a blonde woman, her throat slashed and her entrails cut out. Benjamin Finnell, a hospital apprentice with the U.S. Navy Corps, said that she had been dead for a while, but at that location for only a day or two. The woman was wearing a blue dress; her face had been disfigured. It was unclear if the remains were the body of the Irish-born aid worker Margaret Hassan, 59, or of Teresa Borcz, 54, a Pole abducted two weeks ago. Both were married to Iraqis and held Iraqi citizenship; both were kidnapped in Baghdad last month."
A woman. Arms and legs cut off. Disembowled.

These are the people the US Marines are fighting in Fallujah. A combatant being dispatched in a scene of war gets unlimited airtime and attention, while an atrocity such as committed against this as yet unidentified woman is not even mentionened in some papers. Such an atrocity is virtually unheard of in modern days, yet the media all but ignore it. The real problem is not the Marines doing what is necessary to rid the world of the cancer that is radical Islam. The problem in this case is the media, taking sides in this war by downplaying or ignoring the horrificly gruesome but all too common behaviour of the 'insurgents', while pouncing on every (perceived or real) trespass the US forces commit.

Tens of thousands of corpes are discovered in mass graves, and it is a day's worth of news, if that.

Iraqi soldiers are 'humiliated' in a prison, and the news does not go away for months.

And now this.

The Western media are the terrorists best hope for a prolonged conflict. The tiptoeing by the US forces earlier in the war in Iraq is brought on only by excessive media attention, the necessity to explain and motivate every move, and the fear that any misstep, no matter how small, will cause delays, inquiries and investigations. It is no way to conduct a war. And that, after all, is still what this is.

Some things need to be remembered. Often.

Never forget. Arabs deliberately target children.
Never forget our children.
Never forget.
Never.

Don't get your hopes up too high

Too bad a 'disease' like reason isn't contagious. Too bad also that most Arabs are innculated against it, and anyway have a strong natural resistance against it.
But at
Memri they've discovered an Egyptian who is slightly aflicted by it. Although this man still has a very good chance of 'recovery' and can still be saved for true Islam, he nevertheless says things that give sane people some hope.
"Why can't we see things as the rest of the world sees them? Why do we always feel that someone is conspiring against us, and that he is the cause of our problems and our cultural and economic backwardness?... Why are we not able to criticize ourselves and [why do] we view anyone who tries to do so as an enemy of the nation and of its principles, and other things of this kind that make some people afraid to think?...

"Why are we the only nations in the world that still use religion, Islam, and the name of Allah in everything - in politics, economics, science, art, and literature. We kill in the name of Allah, blow up cars in the name of Allah, and slit throats in the name of Allah and Islam, and then we protest when others depict the Muslims as terrorists. We indiscriminately kill doctors who went to provide medical care to Afghans, and then we protest when the world describes these acts as acts of terror. We blow up embassies and trains [and consequently] children, women, and citizens with no connection to our cause are killed, and then we protest when the world describes these extremists, who view themselves as Muslims, as terrorists.
So far, so good. Tears of joy were running down my face as I was reading this. I should have expected a snag of course, and yes, my tears quickly dried up when I read the following:
"We do not ask ourselves why no other religious group perpetrates these acts of atrocity, and when a terrorist country like Israel does so, it does not say it is killing in the name of the Lord or in the name of Allah, but claims it is doing so out of self-defense.
Wether out of a necessity to at least make this article digestible for the general (Arabic) audience, or because the author really thinks Israel is a terrorist nation (stranger things have happened...), it doesn't strike him as odd to call Israel a terrorist nation, while at the same time doing such apparently earnest soul searching.

At first glance then, the article gives hope, at least to the West, because here's an Arab who recognizes the madness of the Islamic extremists, and is not afraid to call a spade a spade. However, if even an enlightened Arab such as this one is incapable of at least leaving Israel out of the equation (let alone adopting a neutral position), then I can do without such 'progressive' elements in Arab society. In fact, in some ways intellectuals like these are more dangerous to Israel than the extremists. Because to the West, they appear as human beings you can actually talk with. While it should be perfectly clear that calling Israel a 'terrorist nation' disqualifies anyone from serious and sincere discourse.

Read it all. And think of it what you will.

So sad. Oh well. Never mind.

IMRA reports: Weapon Smuggling Tunnel Collapses
The district coordination office was informed that several people were killed this afternoon, as a weapon smuggling tunnel they were digging on the Israeli Egyptian border collapsed on them. After a request was filed to the district coordination office, the IDF allowed the entrance of heavy vehicles to the area, and is now assisting the Palestinians to rescue the bodies.
Rescue the bodies? Why? I mean, they were buried already!

CIA estimates Arafat fortune at 1.5 BILLION dollar

Dutch daily De Telegraaf (Dutch) has a report stating the CIA has discovered an extensive network of business interests and bank accounts in the name of Yasser Arafat and his organization, the PLO. Total value is estimated by the CIA at roughly 1.5 billion dollar. Source is the Austrian magazine Format.

The network stretches from Canada, via the Caribbean to North-Africa. Companies include a Canadian pharmaceutical company, telecoms in the Middle-East and N-Africa, US-based investment companies, and mailbox companies in the taxhaven of Aruba.

Appeasement in the Netherlands

On November 2nd, Theo van Gogh was brutally murdered, Al-Zarqawi style. Since then, Mosques and Islamic schools have been the target of firebombings and even a bomb attack. To make sure the Muslim population of the Netherlands still feels at home, even Queen Beatrix payed a visit to a predominantly Muslim school, apart from just about any politician worth the name.
Dutch daily
Het Parool (Dutch) published part of a reaction to this lopsided response, in which two Dutch writers have written a letter to the Queen:
"The Queen's visit to representatives of the Moroccan community is without a doubt useful, but it turns the world upside-down", say Noordervliet and Pam. "As far as we know no one of the Moroccan community has been murdered."
I'm almost embarassed that I failed to make this point: It is so obvious. Again the Muslims (with full cooperation of the Dutch media) have managed to maneuver themselves into the victim role, while it is their community that spawns the likes of Mohammed Bouyeri, Othman Ben A. and Samir A.
"If anyone deserves solidarity it is Ayaan Hirsi-Ali", say the writers. "She is forced into hiding to prevent meeting the same fate as Theo van Gogh."
Indeed. Hirsi-Ali, along with Geert Wilders, the Amsterdam Mayor and his deputy (Dutch) have all had death threats issued against them. Meanwhile, the Queen assures Muslims they have nothing to worry about!

The full content of the letter will be published tomorrow. I'll be translating it soon after.

More on Muslim mole in Dutch Security service

Othman Ben A. worked for the General Intelligence and Security Service in the capacity of interpretor/translator and as an expert on Muslim/Arab culture. He was arrested for leaking classified information to the Islamic terror cell of which Mohammed Bouyeri (Theo van Gogh's murderer) was a member, and for supplying another group of suspected Muslim terrorists with classified information.

He was a also a founder of an Islamic lobbying group, reports the Dutch daily De Volkskrant.

So it's really not like it was a great secret where this man's sympathies lay. Good to know the Secret Service screens their employees carefully.

Glad they don't call THIS a peace protest...

'Greek anti-war rally turns violent' heads CNN. I wonder who's behind this 'rally'?
Chanting "American killers," protesters carried empty white coffins daubed with red Arabic writing to voice their objection to the war in Iraq. They also unfurled a large banner which read "Hands off Fallujah," the central Iraqi city where U.S. forces are battling insurgents.
Fallujah. Where US Marines discovered the gruesome killing ground of Al-Zarqawi and his 'followers'. Where more 5000 terrorists held the city hostage, until the Marines killed over 1600 of them and took prisoner another 1000 or so.

Almost any Iraqi interviewed after the liberation of Fallujah expressed gratitude for the Marines and their struggle, which cost the lives of 40 of them.

But in Athens, Greece, they say "Hands off Fallujah". In Arabic.

Welkom to Eurabia.

Guidance

The Dutch General Intelligence and Security Service AIVD has dropped the ball a number of times recently. Resulting in the death of Theo van Gogh, leaking of classified documents to Islamic terror cells under surveillance, and inadmissability of evidence in court. The minister responsible for this mess recently survived a vote of no confidence in parliament, where he promised to do better. Dutch daily Het Parool has this view on the AIVD
:
"Guidance"

Ann Coulter - more humour

Ann Coulter has a field day making 'gentle' fun of Democrats who still can't believe or accept they've lost the election. It all made me laugh, but this one really cracked me up, about people thinking it will be so bad, another four years under Bush, it makes them want to leave:
The day after the election, documentary filmmaker and Upper West Side denizen Mitch Wood told the New York Times: "Watching my kids this morning, going down the street, flicking things in the air, jumping around, I wondered, are they going to have that sense of freedom that I had growing up?"

As if on cue, a commercial jetliner piloted by Islamofascist hijackers did NOT crash in front of Wood at this point, killing his entire family instantly, in silent testimony to the national security we currently enjoy under President Bush. Wood gave no indication of noticing this.
Or this one:
Another denizen of the Upper West Side, Patty Fondrie, said: "If it gets bad, we'll go to France," where she will probably be murdered by Muslims.
Read it and have fun.

France - Just jokes right?

Introduction
The following advice for American travellers going to France was compiled from information provided by the US State Department, the CIA, the US Chamber of Commerce, the Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and some very expensive spy satellites that the French don't know about. It is intended as a guide for American travellers only.

General Overview
France is a medium-sized foreign country situated in the continent of Europe. It is an important member of the world community, though not nearly as important as it thinks. It is bounded by Germany, Spain, Switzerland and some smaller nations of no particular importance and with not very good shopping.
France is a very old country with many treasures, such as the Louvre and Eurodisney. Among its contributions to western civilization are champagne, Camembert cheese and the guillotine.
Although France likes to think of itself as a modern nation, air conditioning is little used and it is next to impossible for Americans to get decent Mexican food. One continuing exasperation for American visitors is that local people insist on speaking in French, though many will speak English if shouted at. Watch your money at all times.

The People
France has a population of 56 million people. 52 million of these drink and smoke (the other 4 million are small children). All French people drive like lunatics, are dangerously oversexed, and have no concept of standing patiently in a queue. The French people are in general gloomy, temperamental, proud, arrogant, aloof and undisciplined; those are their good points. Most French citizens are Roman Catholic, though you would hardly guess it from their behaviour. Many people are communists. Men sometimes have girls' names like Marie or Michel, and they kiss each other when they meet. American travellers are advised to travel in groups and wear baseball caps and colourful trousers for easier recognition.

Safety
In general, France is a safe destination, although travellers must be aware that from time to time it is invaded by Germany. Traditionally, the French surrender immediately and, apart from a temporary shortage of Scotch whisky and increased difficulty in getting baseball scores and stock market prices, life for the American visitor generally goes on much as before.
A tunnel connecting France to Britain beneath the English channel has been opened in recent years to make it easier for the French government to flee to London during future German invasions.

History
France historical figures are King Louis, the Huguenots, Joan of Arc, Jacques Cousteau and Charles de Gaulle, who was President for many years and is now an airport. The French were never very imaginative and all their kings were called Louis. The French enjoyed their Revolution which set up their republic. It was so successful that they did it again, and again and again.

Government
The French form of government is democratic but noisy. Elections are held more or less continuously and always result in a draw. The French love administration so for government purposes the country is divided into regions, departments, districts, municipalities, towns, communes, villages, cafes, and telephone kiosks. Each of these has its own government and elections. Parliament consists of two chambers, the Upper
and Lower, though confusingly they are both on the ground floor, and whose members are either Gaullists or Communists, neither of whom should be trusted by the traveller.
Parliament's principal occupation is testing atomic bombs in the south Pacific and acting indignant and surprised when other countries complain, and then complaining when the Arabs do the same in Paris. According to the most current American state department intelligence, the President is now someone named Jacques.
Further information is not available at this time.

Culture
The French pride themselves on their culture, though it is not easy to see why. All their music sounds the same and they have never made a movie that you would want to watch for anything but the nude scenes.

Cuisine
Let's face it, no matter how much garlic you put on it, a snail is just a slug with a shell on its back. Croissants on the other hand, are excellent, although it is impossible for most Americans to pronounce this word. In general, travellers are advised to stick to cheeseburgers.

Economy
France has a large and diversified economy, second only to Germany's in Europe, which is surprising because the French hardly work at all. If they are not spending four hours dawdling over lunch, they are on strike and blocking the roads with their trucks and tractors.
France's principal exports, in order of importance to the economy, are wine, nuclear weapons, perfume, guided missiles, champagne, guns, grenade launchers, land mines, tanks, attack aircraft, miscellaneous armaments and cheese.

Public Holidays
France has more holidays than any other nation in the world. Among its 361 national holidays are: 197 Saints' days, 37 National Liberation Days, 16 Declaration of Republic Days, 54 Return of Charles de Gaulle in triumph as if he won the war single-handed Days, 18 Napolean sent into Exile Days, 17 Napolean Called Back from Exile Days, and 2 "France is Great and the Rest of the World is Rubbish" Days.

Conclusion
France enjoys a rich history, a picturesque and varied landscape, and a temperate climate. In short, it would be a very nice country if it was not inhabited by French people. The best thing that can be said for France is that it
is not Germany.

Annan is corrupt, belongs in jail

Claudia Rosett at Opinionjournal.com treads where few others want or dare to go: Who is ultimately responsible for the Oil-for-food scandal? I went into this in some detail here and here. From the fact alone that his son's name pops up wherever international fraud is found it should be obvious that Kofi Annan is bad news. But there's so much evidence that points to more than just mere indirect complicity:
With estimates soaring of graft and fraud under the United Nations Oil for Food program in Iraq, we are hearing a lot about the need to "get to the bottom" of this scandal, the biggest ever to hit the U.N. To get to that bottom will need a much harder look at the top--where Secretary-General Kofi Annan himself resides.

That violates all sorts of taboos. But so, one might suppose, does a United Nations that allowed Saddam Hussein to embezzle at least $21.3 billion in oil money during 12 years, with the great bulk of that sum--a staggering $17.3 billion--pilfered between 1997-2003, on Mr. Annan's watch.
First Annan insisted there was no fraud, then when he was forced to admit there was he insisted the UN do the investigating. Estimates of the scale of the fraud have been adjusted upwards only, (never by the UN investigators of course, even though they were funded from the very same money intended for the people of Iraq, money the UN is directly or indirectly responsible for not finding its intended recipients and rightful owners), and the extent of Annan's involvement is slowly but surely becoming clear.
These are the record-breaking new estimates released Monday by the Senate's Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, whose staffers, despite Mr. Annan's refusal to cooperate, have spent the past seven months voyaging deep into the muck of Oil for Food. At a hearing Monday, these investigators surfaced to tell us the theft and fraud under Oil for Food was at least twice as bad as earlier reports had suggested, and that all this is just a preview of yet more appalling disclosures they expect to release early next year. Sen. Norm Coleman, the subcommittee's chairman, underscored the urgency of such investigations, noting not only that the size of the fraud "is staggering," but that some of Saddam's vast illicit stash might right now be funding terrorists and costing American lives.

Mr. Annan, by contrast, seems to inhabit a different universe--one in which the chief problem lies not in the U.N.'s complicity, including his own, in the biggest fraud in the history of humanitarian relief, but rather in the attempts to shine any light on all that sleaze. In Annan Land, there was earlier this year no need for any probe into Oil for Food; and even now there is no need for any investigating beyond the U.N.'s own "independent inquiry" into itself, led by former Fed chairman Paul Volcker, required to funnel its findings first through Mr. Annan, funded to the tune of $30 million out of one of the old Oil for Food accounts it is supposed to be investigating, and not planning to clock in with any specific results until sometime next summer.
Of course, by the time the UN findings will be published, Annan will have quit the UN, sitting pretty on billions that do not belong to him.
Mr. Annan's own official U.N. biography states that before becoming secretary-general, he "led the first United Nations team negotiating with Iraq on the sale of oil to fund purchases of humanitarian aid"--and that implies a certain familiarity with the origins of Oil for Food.
Once Mr. Annan became secretary-general, he lost little time in getting deeply involved with Oil for Food. In October 1997, just 10 months into the job, he transformed what had begun as an ad hoc, temporary relief measure into the Office of the Iraq Program, an entrenched U.N. department, which reported to him directly--and was eliminated only after the U.S.-led coalition, against Mr. Annan's wishes, deposed Saddam. To run Oil for Food, Mr. Annan picked Benon Sevan (now alleged to have received oil money from Saddam, which he denies) and kept him there until the program ended about six years later.

Mr. Annan's reorganization of Oil for Food meant a nontrivial change in the trajectory of the program. All the signs are that Saddam immediately took the cue that he could now start gaming the program with impunity--and Mr. Annan did not prove him wrong. Within the month, Saddam had created the first crisis over the U.N. weapons inspectors, who were supposed to be part of the sanctions and Oil for Food package. Mr. Annan's response was not to throttle back on Oil for Food but to go before the Security Council a few months later and urge that Baghdad be allowed to import oil equipment along with the food and medicine to which the program had been initially limited. This set the stage for the ensuing burst in Saddam's oil production, kickbacks, surcharges and smuggling.
It just gets worse and worse after this. The man is clearly a thief of epic proportions. I used to think he was a Jewhater, now I'm not so sure. He just so totally lacks any scruples that if he has to play along with the French and the Russians to make money off Saddam Hussein, then he'll do it. No matter who and how many suffer as a consequence. In Annan's case, it really is just the money.
Read it all. It's fascinating in a morbid but necessary way. But try not eat anything before you do, you are bound to feel violently ill.

Doesn't anybody believe in sovereignty anymore?

The most despicable non-Muslim country in the world (France, for those still in doubt) has a relatively new Foreign minister, called Michel Barnier. This meddlesome tripe-eater has gone from telling Israel to give the 'Palestinians' a state to telling the Americans to tell the Israeli's to give the 'Palestinians' a state! SERIOUSLY!
It is not possible to continue postponing the establishment of a Palestinian state, French Foreign Minister Michel Barnier told the newspaper Le Figaro in a story that appeared on Wednesday. He also criticized U.S. President George Bush's for moving too slowly on the creation of a state.
Of course this state should be created, no matter what,
while simultaneously taking into account Israel's security needs.
I've thought for a long time now that the Arabs get away with atrocities, lies, theft, oppression and everything else because the civilized world really looks upon them like children. They can't really help themselves, you don't take them too serious.

Same must go for the French. Their pompousness and arrogance is far beyond what any American president could ever afford himself, let alone the Foreign minister of a country that's not even a has-been.
No one really listens to them, let alone takes them serious. Well, Belgium perhaps. And that says it all.

It seems Margarat Hassan is dead

Although there seems to be no official reason for assuming so, the BBC reports that Margaret Hassan is dead and that Leaders condemn 'Hassan murder'. Not much in the way of condemning those that did the actual murdering though. Condemnation in the passive sense:
Tony Blair said it was "abhorrent", while Irish premier Bertie Ahern said her kidnappers "stand condemned by... the entire international community".

UK Foreign Secretary Jack Straw said they had concluded Mrs Hassan had "probably" been murdered.

He added: "To kidnap and kill anyone is inexcusable.

"But it is repugnant to commit such a crime against a woman who has spent most of her life working for the good of the people of Iraq."
Not a word.

What they should have said is this: "We pledge to stay in Iraq and hunt down the degenerate psychopaths who committed this murder and others like it. We will not rest until the last of them has been shot."

I guess there's no chance of them saying that huh? Naaah. It's like a war on terror, there's really no such thing. You can have a war on (or rather against) terrorists. But not against what they do.

You can't condemm a murder. What you CAN do is condemn a murderer. But these politicians just refuse to do so.

Arafat´s Photo in the Knesset

An Arab MP in Israel has two picture of the closet-gay mass murderer Arafat in his office. Most other members aren't happy with that but hey - it's a democracy, right?
Tibi's office features two photos of Arafat, with captions reading, "Father of the Nation," and, "The Kefiya Won't Fall." A black flag of mourning is placed adjacent to a third photo of Arafat. Tibi was a close advisor of Arafat, and his voice often choked with emotion when speaking of the murderer on the media last week.
Imagine the reverse in ANY Muslim country on this planet. You know, Sharon's picture in a government office. Can't do it, can you?

More 'Sharon = Hitler'

Most of Spain was occupied by Islam until the end of the 15th century. All over Spain evidence of the Muslim domination can easily be found, such as Mosques, that have been converted after Christianity reconquered Spain.

Jews had a relatively good life under the Muslims in Spain, although they - like Christians - were always Dhimmi's, second-class citizens.

Muslims of course are re-reconquering Spain, this time by a combination of both legal- and illegal immigration, intimidation and bribery. But where to direct the self-loathing that comes with capitulating to the barbarians?

Well, wether it is because Muslims treated Jews fairly decently (until the advent of Zionism in fact), or it's just plain old Christian anti-Semitism, the modern-day Spanish of Oleiros are reverting to their old ways:
Mayor of Spanish City Heads Hate Campaign Against PM Sharon heads IsraelNationalNews.
Large electronic signs in the city, which boasts a population of less than 30,000, read, "Let's stop the beast! Sharon is a murderer, let's stop the new Nazis!" The signs were commissioned by the mayor of Oleiros, Angel Garcia Seoane, and despite official protests by Israel, he has no plans to take them down. The words "City of Oleiros" stand proudly atop the signs.
Of course this Mayor, who has his citizens pay for his 'misgivings' (although no-one there seems to disagree with him) is NOT, repeat NOT an anti-Semite:
The mayor says he's not anti-Semitic, and that "two of my son's best friends are Jewish."
Now there's a variation on a theme: Two of HIS SON'S best friends, no less!

A reported asked this idiot Jewhater to elaborate:
Seoane said, "This campaign is not against the Jewish nation, but rather against Sharon, who kills people with rockets and destroys houses... Yes, of course, Jews also should not have to be killed; the Jews have suffered greatly, and you just won the Nobel Prize [in chemistry] - and two of my son's best friends in Barcelona are Jews... But you are bringing hatred upon yourselves."
No hatred for the Arabs though. And notice the 'Yes, of course, Jews also should not have to be killed; the Jews have suffered greatly'...

Sigh.

This is what happens when you get bullied at school

Jason W., one of the men arrested in The Hague last week after a prolonged stand-off with police and counter-terrorism teams, had been bullied at school for years, reports Dutch daily De Telegraaf (Dutch). When a SWAT team tried to arrest him and another man suspected of planning terrorist acts (with good ground it later turned out), Jason threw two grenades at them, after which SWAT withdrew. It was only after the national counter-terrorism team from the Royal Marines intervened that the two men were arrested.

Jason W. was the son of a US service man stationed in The Netherlands. He converted to Islam at age 14 (yes, seriously).

But it was bullying at school that drove him to plan to
murder Dutch MP's Geert Wilders and Ayaan Hirsi-Ali. Yeah, right.

It may well be that the isolation and frustration felt by a bullying victim increases the susceptibility to a cult like Islam. But that says more about Islam then it does about Jason W., or about bullying. Clearly, Islam has the same attraction to the 'losers' in society as did Jim Jones, or Moon, or
Shoko Asahara (AKA Chizuo Matsumoto).

If you're frustrated and convert to Islam however, a free paramilitary training is included it seems.

Not only are they vile...

... they're stupid too!
Yesterday Dutch daily Het Parool had an extensive report on the alleged Internet life of Mohammed Bouyeri, the man who
brutally murdered Theo van Gogh. The newspaper reported on how Bouyeri was very active on www.marokko.nl, a forum with mostly Moroccan visitors. A visitor with the nickname of Rifo79 had been making extremist statements about Western troops in Iraq, saying things like "I hope they all come back without their heads" and "I hope they all come back in pieces", "roasted like piglets", "faggots shooting from Apaches", etc. Also, when another visitor criticized Rifo79 for his statements, he was threatened and intimidated by Rifo79, who said "You better apologize, or else!".

So here we have Rifo79, who does indeed seem to be a mental twin of Mohammed Bouyeri. Only, after Het Parool and the Eight o'clock news reported on this matter, Rifo79 contacted the media to say he was not Mohammed Bouyeri, and he demanded retraction of statements saying that he was.

I'm sure it has not escaped anyone's attention here, but no one has come out and said it: Here's another such maniac. The only difference between him and Bouyeri is that 'Rifo79' has not yet been recruited for the holy cause.

Mohammed Bouyeri was not a lone nut. He wasn't even 'just one member of one small group'. He is just the best-known example of a phenomenon Holland has yet to publicly admit exists: A very large group (thousands at least) of young Muslims, born and raised in Holland, who totally identify with the most extreme elements in global Islam, and hate the very society that nurtured them.

'Rifo79' was too dumb to realize that by coming out like this he definitely put himself in the spotlight of police and security services. In his case, maybe this is pointless, as he will never amount to more than a hateful but otherwise harmless person. Also, it is clear that if the Dutch authorities so choose, they can track and stop the (wannabe) terrorists. This is not a particularly clever or dangerous enemy. There is just the small matter of political will, and accepting the reality of an enemy among us.

Ritual butchery in the Netherlands

I wrote recently about an initiative of the Dutch Attorney General to reinstate blasphemy laws. Its only target: critics of Islam. Dutch daily Het Parool has the following cartoon, depicting Donner (the AG) at his best:

"Ritual butchery"

Muslim mole inside Dutch Secret Service used steganography

Dutch newspaper Het Parool (Dutch) reports today that the Muslim mole inside the General Intelligence and Security service used digital photo's to relay classified information to the terror cells of which Mohammed Bouyeri (Theo van Gogh's murderer) was a member. The photo's were encoded by a mechanism called steganography, which 'hides' information inside a picture without significantly altering it.
Hiding a message within an image, audio or video file. Used as an alternate to encryption, it takes advantage of unused bits within the file structure or bits that are mostly undetectable if altered. A steganographic message rides secretly to its destination, unlike encrypted messages, which although undecipherable without the decryption key, can be identified as encrypted.
The intended recipient can then download and save such a picture and decode it with a password that was previously agreed.

The photo's were uploaded to a Moroccan travel agency site, Chafarinas Tours. The original site has since been closed down, but an alternate is still online at

Nice to know that these barbarians, who despise so much of what our Western society and technology have to offer, use what they can when it's convenient. Only to destroy it in the end and return to where their mental state already belongs, the stone ages.

Can you think of a new Arafat?

James Baker (former US secretary of State - what else?) sure can. This link thru LGF. Baker is the man who said "Fuck the Jews, they don't vote for us anyway". Want more on Baker?
As for Baker's disdain for Israel, Shortly before assuming office as Secretary of State, Baker invited an interviewer from Time magazine to accompany him on a turkey hunt. At one point during the hunt, when he was discussing Israel and the Arabs, Baker remarked: "The trick is in getting them where you want them, on your terms. Then you control the situation, not them. You have the options. Pull the trigger or don't. It doesn't matter once you've got them where you want them. The important thing is knowing that it's in your hands, that you can do whatever you determine is in your interest to do." When the reporter asked Baker if he was referring to the turkeys, Baker replied, "No, I mean Israel."
This same despicable man now has come up with an Arafat-replacement: Convicted mass-murderer Marwan Barghouti. Read between the lines of this BBC profile on this Arab Jewkiller:
The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade possibly sealed his fate when it issued a statement in 2002 claiming him as their leader.
The group has carried out numerous operations against Israeli soldiers and settlers in the West Bank and Gaza, and suicide attacks on civilians inside Israel.

Barghouti has denied founding al-Aqsa but has hailed some operations by the group, which has also attacked Israeli military targets.
Numerous 'operations'. 'Also' attacked Israeli military targets. That says it all. And what does Baker think of this man?
"There is now. . . . in an Israeli prison a man named Marwan Barghouti, who is one of the young guard of Palestinians," Baker told King last night, speaking about the post–Yasser Arafat era. "And if the Palestinians are going to make this work against the really hard-line elements, the Islamists and some of the people of Hamas, they're going to have to have a coalition of the young guard and the old guard."

Baker continued, "[I]t would be really a very positive step in the right direction if Israel would release Marwan Barghouti so that he could participate in bringing about this transition."
I'll tell you what, Baker. If you release Saddam Hussein, so he can 'participate in bringing about a transition' in Iraq, THEN the Israeli's will follow your (of course well-meant) advice. Until then, stick to making billions the American way!

Colin Powell buggers off

BBC reports that Colin Powell is about to resign as secretary of State.
US Secretary of State Colin Powell has resigned but says he will stay in his post until a successor is found.
Good. And if the rumours are true, both Condoleeza Rice and John Danforth are candidates to succeed him. I like them both, Danforth more so than Rice. Danforth is doing a very good job at the UN, which is saying a lot. It must be like working in a sewage plant. He deserves a more cushy job, although attitude towards Israel is hardly any better at State than it is in the UN. But maybe Danforth could change that a little.

Brilliant quote from David Hornik (FrontPageMag)

David Hornik on what he dubbed "The Arafat Lovefest"
Finally, a note about neo-Nazis. They’re considered odious people because they venerate a mass murderer. Why is veneration of Arafat different from neo-Nazism? True, neo-Nazis are usually creepy loser-types, whereas the Arafat-lovers are seemingly nice, civilized people with college degrees. But if the left-liberal part of the Western democracies shows an ongoing tendency to admire the likes of Stalin, Mao, Castro, and Arafat, why should they get a moral pass for it that the neo-Nazis don’t get? The liberal media’s endless capacity to praise and glorify Arafat, even after the particularly vicious terror war he waged in the last four years of his miserable life, means the psyche of the liberal media and the left-liberal world it represents is afflicted with neo-Nazism.
Please read it all.

Will Arafat Triumph from Beyond the Grave?

Don Feder issues a warning that gloating over Arafat's death (in itself a very understandable and satisfying thing to do) should not cause us to take our eyes off the ball.

The UN, EU, Russia and yes, the US as well are now more ready than ever to ram the roadmap down Israel's throat.
At a White House press conference on the day of Arafat’s burial, President Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair announced that now that the chief obstacle to Middle East Peace is R.I.P., it’s time to resurrect the Road Map.

"We’ll do what it takes to get peace," the president proclaimed. Bush promised that his administration will "spend the capital of the United States" in a futile search for Palestinian moderates who will help to establish a just and enduring peace with Israel.
What's so futile about searching for 'Palestinian' moderates? Want to know what a 'Palestinian' moderate is? It's a 'Palestinian' who holds the same genocidal views on Israel as any other 'Palestinian' but has learned to control his tongue.
There is a myth, beloved of European and US policymakers, that Arafat was the principal impediment to a resolution of the Arab-Israeli conflict. According to this fantasy, he was a cruel tyrant who held the Palestinians hostage, much the way Saddam ruled Iraq.

Once Arafat was out of the way, we were told, the Palestinian people longing to breath free would elect reasonable men willing to compromise. Thereafter, Palestinians would devote themselves to reading "The Federalist Papers," holding peace marches, and building statues of Mahatma Gandhi and Mother Teresa.

In reality, Arafat reflected the Palestinian mentality perfectly. Like him, the Palestinians are bloodthirsty, treacherous, sadistic, nihilistic anti-Semites who would rather kill a Jew than have a decent life.
Arafat was a tyrant and a despot. So on the surface, the conclusion seems logical that now that the 'Palestinians' have been freed of their yoke, they will be freedomloving democratic Arabs, like all other Arabs, longing for peaceful coexistence with Israel.

Oops. That's right. This type of Arab is a myth. He does not exist (or in such small numbers that it makes no difference). Look what happened when the Shah was toppled. Or Saddam. Or any other Arab dictator. They managed to find a new one, worse than before. And the 'Palestinians' profess nothing but love for Arafat.
The land reclaimed in a defensive war in 1967 (Judea, Samaria and Gaza) will be presented to the terrorists for their terrorist state. Jews living there – in Biblical Israel – will be driven from their homes, while a million Arabs will continue to live in Israel proper. To augment this fifth column, there will also be a Palestinian right-of-return, of undetermined dimensions. Thus the Jewish state will be inundated with revanchists eager to liberate the rest of "Palestine."

Americans are dying to foster democracy in Iraq, while we resume pressuring Israel (the only democracy in the region) to negotiate with the same sort of people who are killing Americans in Iraq – objective: to create a state (much like Iraq under Saddam) which will destabilize and ultimately destroy the only democracy in the region.

Somewhere in the depths of Hell, Arafat is laughing.
When you look at it like that, there's still some satisfaction to be drawn from the fact that he IS in Hell. But Israel's worries are far from over.

Islam continues war in Thailand

A bomb has exploded at a morning market in southern Thailand, killing a Buddhist man and wounding at least seven other people.
reports BBC. But of course there's no connection between the Islamic violence and the fact that Thailand borders on Malaysia in the South. Malaysia, whose Prime Minister is Mahathir Mohamed, a Muslim idiot and Jewhater of Assad- and Nasser proportions, and with similar ambitions.
Malaysia's prime minister has urged Muslims to unite against Jews who, he says, rule the world by "proxy" -- comments criticized by Jewish leaders as an invitation to violence.

But it was his blistering attack on Jews and Israel that drew headlines and a swift condemnation from Israel, with an official there saying the veteran leader's comments fuel "further hatred and misunderstanding."

Mahathir, who steps down at the end of the month, has become notorious for controversial speeches during his 22 years as leader and has been a key proponent of a unified political stance among Muslim nations.
Oh he hates Jews alright. But he doesn't exactly like Buddhists either.

Arafat not gay; just very affectionate

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!! Read all about Yasser "Tiger" Arafat!
"I just called the microphone monitoring center to ask about the 'Fedayee,'" Arafat's code name, explained Munteaunu. "After the meeting with the Comrade, he went directly to the guest house and had dinner. At this very moment, the 'Fedayee' is in his bedroom making love to his bodyguard. The one I knew was his latest lover. He's playing tiger again. The officer monitoring his microphones connected me live with the bedroom, and the squawling almost broke my eardrums. Arafat was roaring like a tiger, and his lover yelping like a hyena."
I nearly died from laughter. And it's probably true too.

What a tiger.

French falsified Arafat death certificate

IsraelInsider has this report.
...the official announcement of Arafat's death, published in the daily le Parisien on November 12, 2004, lists Arafat's birthplace as Jerusalem. The announcement was, reportedly, based on the death certificate filed the day before in Clamart, the city in which Arafat died.

Arafat, in fact, was born in Cairo, Egypt, as his published birth certificate, his official biography, his Nobel prize biographical statement, and other independent sources attest. Palestinian mythology seeks to suppress this fact and invent the myth that he was not a foreigner but a Jerusalem native.

There are concerns that this falsified official document could be used to substantiate a claim by Arafat to be buried in Jerusalem.
So far, his smelly corpse is located in much the same place it was the last four years or so, when he was still 'undead'. So far so good. But I have no doubt that if left unchallenged, this document will one day be used as 'proof' of this Egyptian's 'Palestinian' roots.

Must - MUST - read

Edward Cline, a guest writer for the Ayn Rand Institute takes the assassination of Theo van Gogh as a theme to delve into the workings and motives of Islam for feeling such hatred towards free speech and criticism, and clear disrespect. The article is far too long to quote here, but it makes great reading. An appetizer:
...overall, drugs, prostitution, and gay marriage are minor bogeymen in the Islamic worldview. Muslims have their own peccadilloes they would rather not have discussed in public, least of all by Western infidels, such as honor killings, bestiality, ritual rape, and a concept of “family” that makes Mafia solidarity look like a friendly tea-and-crumpets soiree after a cricket match.

No, the chief abomination -- indeed, the principal nemesis -- in the Islamic worldview is man the unbowed, man astride a world he has mastered, man a being proud of his existence and of his achievements, man the rational being. Man who indignantly refuses to degrade himself by groveling five times a day to bang his head on the ground in ritualistic submission to a ghost and its prophets
[Emphasis mine - Ed], never daring to think outside the sealed envelope of Sharia law. Man who scoffs at and dismisses the irrational. Man the being who sends probes to wander over Mars, plunge into the atmosphere of Titan, and collect atoms of the sun. Man who creates new medicines, and new materials, and new wealth from the raw material of the earth, so that he can live happily on it.
As I wrote in September 2003 (subconsciously predicting a killing like van Gogh's), criticism, let alone ridicule of Islam warrants a death sentence. And their religious leaders
hate life in general, women in particular and are incapable of genuine laughter and happiness.
So please, read Edward Cline's gem.

Before we officially deify him

Elan Journo of CapMap.com has a powerful insight regarding the West's attitude towards Arafat. Inspite of being the world's foremost terrorist, who targeted not only Jews but Americans and other Westerners as well, he was somehow never SEEN as the massmurdering criminal that he was.
Arafat specialized in high-profile attacks targeting civilians, in order to inflict the severest psychological devastation. The slaughter of Israeli athletes at the Munich Olympics; the assassination of American diplomats in Sudan; the massacre of school children in Maalot, Israel (a model for the recent mass murder at a high school in Beslan, Russia); the hijacking of the cruise ship Achille Lauro, in which wheelchair-bound American Leon Klinghoffer was tossed overboard--Arafat was responsible for these and hundreds of other kidnappings, car-bombings, hijackings, and brutal murders. Also, during the 1970s he fomented bloody civil wars in Jordan and Lebanon.
After 1993, the world could be momentarily forgiven for thinking the terrorist had changed his way. But it became very clear very quickly that the only thing changed was his approach to the 'Jewish problem'. Suicide bombings, uncounted 'security forces' that work hand-in-glove with the terrorists or are an integral part of them, the only thing that changed was the facade. And to the people that stupidly chose an Egyptian as their leader, he was everybit the cruel and corrupt despot that is the hallmark of all Arabic and most Muslim countries. And what did the West think of all that?
...far from condemning Arafat’s vicious rule, the European Union and America supported it with hundreds of millions of dollars in aid.

This extravagant tolerance of Arafat, given his blood-soaked record, is not due to ignorance on the part of our politicians. It comes from the precept that moral judgment is an obstacle to action. This is the view that moral principles are an impediment to achieving practical aims, such as peace. One should, on this view, remain morally neutral--even though one side may be clearly in the right--and try to engage both sides in gentlemanly negotiation--even though one side may be a murderous thug.
And then Journo comes with this eye-opener:
Because moral neutrality is such an obviously immoral policy, its perpetrators must blacken the good while whitewashing the evil. Hence, world leaders condemn Israel, the innocent victim who refuses to submit, and lionize Arafat, the ruthless killer.
This is so crucial, and true. All politics are to a degree inherently corrupt. And if people feel a need to deal with someone as evil as Arafat was, you have to be very corrupt indeed, or morally bankrupt. You are forced to create a false impression of moral equivalency: The Arabs aren't all that bad, and the Jews certainly aren't all that good. "The Arabs bomb buses, sure, but the Israeli's make them wait at checkpoints, causing humiliation". Journo closes better than I could:
Arafat's elevation to the dignity of a peace-seeking statesman is due to our politicians' moral corruption. Were he judged properly, Arafat would long ago have been dealt the punishment he deserved. By sustaining him and perpetuating the delusion that Arafat was really a well-meaning statesman, politicians committed treason to his innocent victims.
And I have no illusions they will deal any differently with whoever takes his place in the time to come.

Barghouti for President!

Marwan Bargouti is serving 5 life sentences for murder in an Israeli jail. Also, he plans to run for PA president. Charles Johnson has a great insight about this that I would not hold from you:
Barghouti is a cold-blooded Jew-hating killer, committed to the destruction of Israel. Which means he stands a very good chance of winning.
Exactly right.
